According to the type of business, it is determined which plan is best suited. We recommend that you consult with our representative to help you determine the best option.

I don't have a payment terminal, can I receive debit and credit cards?

Yes. In the case of the Point of Sale (POS), when your customers scan the QR code they access your menu, your customers select what they want to order and pay directly from their cell phones. We partner with a digital payment terminal (Stripe) for the processing of debit and credit card payments.

How can I save my customers' contacts to send them promotions?

Our POS gives you all the features at no additional cost. All your client’s data is yours to contact them and is saved when you place your order. So you can send them promotions through WhatsApp, text message or email.

What if I have a POS but don't have a QR code order feature?

You can use the Addmi Mex Express version in parallel to any POS you already have. Addmi Mex Express is completely free so you only need to download the application on an iPad (7th Gen. Onwards) to get started.

My restaurant is in a gourmet market, can multiple restaurants be included with one QR code?


Yes, a QR code will display the list of restaurants with their online menu each. Customers can select the restaurant and items, checkout, and wait for the message while their food is ready for pickup. Codes can also be assigned to tables so that they know immediately from which table the order is being placed.

What if we don't have a website?

Your menu essentially becomes an online store connected to our entire system. This online store can be hosted within our domain, in case you do not have one. If you already have or purchase a domain, we can help you host your menu within it.

What happens if I have a contract with another company for my POS?


Consult with one of our representatives about how we can support you to get out of them so that you can start immediately with us.

What type of food businesses is the Addmi Mex POS best for?


While it may be for all services, it is designed to reduce long lines and improve the efficiency of your orders to maximize your revenue. It is best to consult with our representative.

If I already have an iPad, can I use it for my POS?

If possible. If you already have an iPad you can download the POS and Kitchen Screen applications to start immediately, as long as they are from the 7.0 generation onwards.

What is a convenience fee when using a QR code feature?

Every time a consumer orders and pays through the QR menu, a small fee is generated for our service to be paid for by the consumer. In this way, the software can be used free of charge by business owners.

If I host events at my restaurant, can I use the POS for event tickets?

Yes, just access the Events option to create them, track seats, attendance and much more.
